The group rate is available for three days pre and post event based on room availability via the provided link or contact Hilton Global reservations directly at (888) 446-6677.
The link goes to the standard reservations page with your group code preloaded. Your individual guests need to input their arrival and departure dates which need to fall within the group contract dates (+/- 3 days) and click “Update” to go to the group’s specific rate and availability page. From there, they will select a room type that they prefer and input their personal details to complete the reservation. Your guests may also use their Hilton Honors number with the group rate.
We offer courtesy airport transportation from the hours of 4:45am – 11:45pm. We ask that you retrieve any checked in baggage first, and then call the hotel directly at 619-224-3621 to notify them of your arrival and airline. The hotel agent will instruct you on where to wait for the shuttle and provide an estimated time of arrival. Please note typical travel time from the airport is 7 minutes.
Below is the 2025 China Post 1 Banquet Reservation form. If you are planning to attend the banquet, please fill out this form for yourself and any guests you plan to bring with you, attach check or money order, and mail to myself or the Commander. The banquets are usually more than just a meal as there are some activities and presentations done at the banquet. The banquet is $110 per member and $80 per guest. The fees help cover the cost of the banquet hall and catering fees.
Reminder, those that haven’t yet paid their 2025 membership dues can do so by going to ChinaPost1.org website under DUES section or mail check/money order to the address below. 2026 Membership dues will open on June 1st to be paid; however, we cannot update the American Legion system until July 1, which is when 2026 membership cards will start shipping out. It is best to pay your dues timely to avoid delays on getting your membership cards. If you want to “buy back” years you forgot to pay (to ensure “continual years” on membership card reflects as such), you can contact American Legion @ 800-433-3318.
